Locust Bean Gum (AKA Carob Gum)

Made from the seeds of the carob tree grown primarily in the Mediterranean region.
Used in foods as an emulsifier, thickener, and stabilizer (e.g. in baked goods, dairy, beverages, etc.).
Form/size: White to yellowish-white powder – in various viscosities
